You may be aware that airspace in parts of the Middle East has currently been closed but now some are forecast to re-open.
Despite ongoing conflicts the holidaying world is carrying on as usual and business is as active as ever.
We are still taking bookings and trade is thriving in the travel industry.
Although many flights have been cancelled or diverted around these areas, anyone affected by this will be, or already has been, contacted on a case-by-case basis as necessary.
In previous situations, disruptions have often been resolved quickly. However, we cannot speculate and will continue to rely on official updates.
Please be rest assured that we are actively managing this situation and will be here for you every step of the way with further news or updates.

Why do I need a Travel Agent?
This is a question that arises frequently. Yes, you can spend time searching for hotels, available flights etc. and you might think you’ve saved yourself some money in doing so.
That might well be the case, but lets say that the day before you are ready to leave for the airport, or even on the day of your flight or even worse, finding out when you’ve arrived at the airport that your flight has been cancelled. What are you going to do?

If you’ve never been in this situation, then you’ve been lucky. Unfortunately we have been in this scenario more than once and know of many other circumstances where this has happened.
Have you tried to speak to anybody from the airline customer services or tried to find ground staff at the airport that can help you? We have and found it a most unhelpful, difficult and frustrating experience.
